Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original payment method minus the $10.00 return shipping fee.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
How to Make a Return:
Start your return online by contacting customerservice@jpritchard.com. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.
How to Make an Exchange:
If you need to change your size or color, please place a new order online. Once you have done so, email customer service at customerservice@jpritchard.com with the items you are returning and a reason for the return. We will then send you a return label with the return fee waived. Please note that the return fee is only waived on items being returned for a new size and/or color.
Return Policy:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn or altered.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
